The decision to input information and/or upload photos to the ClayForEarth.org website is your responsibility. Once you upload, the uploaded data becomes accessible by all persons accessing ClayForEarth.org. The Clay Foundation’s liability and obligation in connection with the publishing of any information by you is strictly limited by the Site Terms and Conditions.

By submitting content to ClayForEarth.org, you grant Clay Foundation, the non-profit corporate host of the Service, a license set out in the Site Terms and Conditions. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. If any information you provide is, in our sole judgment, false or misleading, we reserve the right delete any content that you have submitted to ClayForEarth.org.

You should submit only content which belongs to you and will not violate the property or other rights of other people or organizations. We are sensitive to the copyright and other intellectual property rights of others. Be aware that content, including photographs belongs to the original creator or submitter and you should not reproduce it without permission of the owner.
